We have produced an economic baseline to support a Council make a business case for funding. 

The baseline presents a series of data that supports the Local Authority to make a case for the allocation of Levelling Up funding. It includes information about social mobility, economic inactivity and unemployment, wages, productivity, housing, the environment, transport and skills. The analysis reveals how a focus on enabling people living in the rural area to use their skills locally and putting in place the infrastructure for people to be able to build their skills locally, will enable the area to retain more of its highly skilled workers and create an environment in which those with lower level skills can afford to live and realise their potential.
