We are supporting a number of organisations through strategic change.

This includes helping them to trial new approaches to fundraising and funding, conducting feasibility studies to transform the use of heritage assets and reviewing their business plans and operating models.

This work is intended to build the capacity of heritage organisations and improve the management of heritage for the long term.
