We are working with a family hub to measure how sustainable the support it provides is.

The Hub offers information, advice and signposting for veterans and their family members; one-to-one support for people to navigate and choose services that best meet their needs and individual support plans. The evaluation is taking place over a 3-year period and will look at what impact and outcomes the Hub is having on veteran families – and what steps are being put in place to ensure the Hub has sufficient resources to be sustainable.
