We are supporting the development of a Town Deal Board and Investment Plan.

In November 2019 the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG) announced they were giving 101 towns the tools to design and deliver a growth strategy for their area. We are supporting the Local Authorities in one of these areas to develop a Town Board and produce a Town Plan by summer 2020. This information will be submitted to Government to agree a Town Deal and secure capital and revenue funding to take the Plan forward.
