We are evaluating a service designed to increase the number of people who are able to live independently with support and technology in their own home.

The Wellbeing Service aims to reduce hospital admissions and the need for long term residential care by putting in place a community package of support (e.g. equipment, adaptations, TeleCare).

The evaluation involves assessing what the Service has delivered against the contract as well as finding out how it has been operating from the perspective of service users, employees, providers and commissioners.
