Our evaluation of the Humber Springboard Programme has been published.
Springboard was a two-year Government funded programme to address the youth unemployment challenge across the Humber. It provided flexible and person centred packages of support for more than 1,800 young people across Hull, East Riding, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire. The programme addressed their barriers to learning and work as well as tackling wider social challenges (e.g. housing, health, debt).
Building on the success of Springboard, a further investment of £10.4 million (from the European Social Fund and Youth Employment Initiative) has been awarded to a partnership led by Humber Learning Consortium.
