We are delivering a support programme for organisations helping older people.
Providers help older people to live independently in their homes and in the community they know, and which knows them. The 6-month support programme aims to help schemes overcome barriers, become more sustainable, and work more collaboratively to share best practice. The programme includes an online data collection tool so providers can capture information about the outcomes and benefits their scheme is delivering; and a series of in-person workshops and online events to bring providers together to share practice.
