Ivan Annibal

Ivan is a nationally recognised expert in economic and community development, with a strong focus on coastal and rural issues. Known for his practical, hands-on approach, Ivan excels at delivering impactful programs and projects that create real change.

Currently, Ivan is working with local authorities on levelling up projects, collaborating with a charitable foundation to foster innovation in further and higher education, and training community researchers to evaluate transformative initiatives.

In addition to his project work, Ivan is the author of Casebook, a monthly newsletter for the Rural Health and Care Alliance (RHCA). Ivan is also a Fellow of the Institute of Economic Development and currently serves as the Operations Director at the National Centre for Rural Health and Care (NCRHC)
