Grow Remote is a non-profit initiative in Ireland that aims to make remote work accessible and beneficial for communities across the country—especially in rural areas. It began in 2018 with just 20 people in a WhatsApp group and has since grown into a national movement with hundreds of local chapters.
Between 2023 and 2024, Rose Regeneration carried out a social value analysis of the impact of their work with individuals, employers, and communities. The analysis shows return of €3.80 for every €1.00 invested.
