This social finance organisation provides loans and grant assistance to community groups, charities, social enterprises, and faith-based initiatives across the island of Ireland. Between 2022 and 2024 Rose Regeneration supported CFI to measure the social value of their activities.
This included a review of monitoring data and information, interviewing a representative sample of loan and grant recipients, and using the Social Value Engine, an online measurement tool. The analysis shows that CFI delivered a Social Return on Investment (SROI) of €4.85 for every £1.00 invested.
