Position Overview
We are hiring an Entry-Level Communications Assistant to support internal and client-related communication within our logistics operations. This role focuses on coordinating information between teams and ensuring clear, accurate communication across daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with internal communication between warehouse, office, and operations teams
* Support responses to client inquiries and service updates
* Maintain records of communication and operational updates
* Help prepare basic reports and internal documentation
* Ensure timely and accurate information flow across departments
* Provide administrative support as needed
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Basic computer skills (email, data entry, office tools)
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
