We are supporting a CLT board to grow and develop so it can build more homes for local people.

A CLT ensures that new housing stays in the community’s hands, remaining permanently affordable for future generations. In partnership with Green Synergy, we are supporting a CLT board with its governance, skills, funding and community/stakeholder engagement so it is able to move from managing individual sites to wider property ownership.
