Rural Workforce Research

Rural Workforce Research

This summary report, prepared with the University of Birmingham, applies a rural lens to the workforce challenges facing the NHS. The golden thread running through the research is that securing staff to deliver high quality health and care in rural areas (now and in the future) is crucial. The research identified 9 challenges and 9 opportunities. The full report is available on the NCRHC website www.ncrhc.org
