We are supporting a charity to develop a common approach to monitoring and evaluation.

The overall purpose of the commission is to develop a systematic approach to evaluation across the charity. This involves looking at the consistency of the data already being collected across different departments; reviewing the quality of data being collected [are we asking our beneficiaries the right questions]; and identifying other ways to better evidence the impact of the charity’s work internally and externally.
