We are looking at what land-based skills and training young people need.

The research is being carried out with The National Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs (NFYFC) and is supported by Lantra and Defra. The results will help determine next generation understanding of emerging policy, but most importantly what future skills and training will be key for career and business success.

The survey is open to young people studying or working in land-based industries or those who would like to work in a rural or growing environment. You can complete the survey here.

The results will be shared with Lantra and Defra to help shape future agricultural policy and to guide future training opportunities.
