We reviewed a scheme supporting older people to live independently in their own homes. 

This involved reviewing data and documents held by a local authority and charity running the scheme; interviewing the people involved in delivering and using it; and collating information about similar services offered by organisations in other parts of the country. The findings of this work were used as part of a business case to increase public funding in the scheme.
