What schemes are being delivered in rural places, and are they benefitting people and businesses?

On behalf of the Rural Services Network (RSN), we are organising a seminar on rural programmes. The event will consider whether Government, Local Enterprise Partnership and Local Authority programmes are addressing or neglecting rural priorities.
