We are assessing a service that supports people while they wait for NHS treatment.

Commissioned by a Local Authority and the NHS, the service aims to support clients who have been assessed for adult social care and are waiting to access statutory services; and support patients waiting for hospital treatment. The evaluation is considering what impact and outcomes the service is having on clients/patients; and if/how it is reducing pressures on local government and health services.
